چکیده

Building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) system is a new and modern technique for solar energy production in Kandahar. Due to its location, Kandahar has abundant sources of energy. People use both monocrystalline polycrystalline silicon PV modules the grid-connected system, they don’t know that which technology performs better BIPV system. This paper analysis parameters, described by IEC61724 “Photovoltaic System Performance Monitoring Guidelines Measurement, Data Exchange Analysis” evaluate shows performance The 3.1% higher array yield than final 0.2% somewhat silicon. Monocrystalline 4.5% greater yearly factor capacity factors respectively. 0.3% With 1.7% reduction 0.4% addition collection losses useful produced respectively, good But are same technologies. injects more grid

Effect of quasi-monocrystalline porous silicon at the backside on the photovoltaic parameters of a polycrystalline silicon solar cell

A three-dimensional model that simulates the performance of quasimonocrystalline porous silicon (QMPS) at the backside reflector of an elementary polysilicon solar cell is developed. Analytical expression for the photocurrent generated under the effect of the reflected light is derived in the base region. An improvement effect is obtained on the photovoltaic parameters compared to conventional ...
